Infrastructure & Facilities

We have with us a robust infrastructure with a sophisticated manufacturing unit that is installed with all the latest and advanced machinery and technology to enable us to produce highly improved and innovative range of products. We are facilitated with a cutting edge infrastructure comprising most modern processing, quality monitoring, warehousing and packaging facilities. The high technology featured machinery, upgraded from time to time has the maximum installed capacity to process 800 metric tons raw material in each of our three units.

Additionally, we have added a cold storage in the list of our inventory to preserve our catch of seafood. This unit is looked after by our team who ensures the place is kept in most hygienic condition with required temperature maintenance so as to prevent our stock from getting rotten or spoil.

To stock our huge product range we have installed an advanced warehouse in our premises. This unit is spacious and of great significance, to us, as it is responsible for storing our huge consignment in safe custody, until the time of delivery to domestic and international clients. Covering a sprawling area, the warehouse is outfitted with requisite devices to maintain a temperate and pneumatic controlled interior to help retain the quality and freshness of the stored consignment. We follow a detailed inventory management to document stock condition and shipment details. All primary details are labeled for easy identification and retrieval during the time of delivery.

The packaging unit attached to the warehouse is very efficient and takes extra precaution and care to pack the products. Each product is packed hygienically with high-quality packaging materials so as to retain the quality, nutrient value, and freshness of the products, as well as protect the products from damage, especially during transit. We use premium packaging materials like plastic sheets, pouches, bottles for our products.
